Eurorack modular synth specialist Michael William Gilbert's has been actively releasing new music since 1978. His compositions have been played at concerts and festivals all throughout North American and Europe. Gilbert's latest EP release, Enhanced Surround(ings), brings together eight new Dolby Atmos mixes of previously-released songs from past projects. The album notably contains three tracks from 2022’s Saṃsāra, featuring acclaimed synthesizer soloist Adam Holzman (Miles Davis, Steven Wilson). Enhanced Surround(ings) was mixed and mastered in Dolby Atmos by Chris Perry, with three tracks (4, 7, and 8) mastered by Oli Morgan at Abbey Road.
