Tim Bowness’s eighth and latest studio release Powder Dry represents a new beginning on a new label, KScope. Produced, performed and written by Tim, the music was mixed by his partner in No-Man, Steven Wilson, and the album echoes No-Man's panoramic sonics and questing eclecticism. A collection of acute contrasts, represented by Carl Glover's vibrant artwork, Wilson also acted as Bowness’s sounding board during the mixing process. Powder Dry was mixed in 48-khz/24-bit high-resolution stereo and 5.1 surround sound by Steven Wilson.

Great 5.1 mix from Steven Wilson! Lots of discrete elements in the rear - keyboards, backing vocals, guitar, etc. Sounds much better than the DVD with compressed Dolby Digital audio.
