Romy Madley Croft, best known as a member of the acclaimed indie pop band The xx, ventures into new artistic territory with her debut solo album Mid Air. Influenced by her lifelong love of dance music, Mid Air draws heavily from house, trance, and pop traditions. It's an album that deals with themes of love, grief, relationships, identity, and self-discovery–all delivered through a euphoric blend of dance-pop and house music. Mid Air sees Romy working alongside acclaimed producers Fred Again and Stuart Price, as well as her bandmate Jamie xx on recent single “Enjoy Your Life.” The album was mixed in Dolby Atmos by Stuart Price.
